Description
This is a 1979 Black Music Man Sabre Bass. This also has a rare Rosewood Fretboard. On top of this the bass is super clean, all original and includes a super clean original hardshell case.
This has a Black Body with a Maple neck and rosewood fretboard. The Pickguard is also black which gives this a really cool blacked out effect. The hardware is chrome and all original and this still has the original foam pads on the mutes. This is a serious collector quality Sabre Bass. Plus this has a very clean original case.
This has 2 original Sabre humbucker pickups. The electronics have a volume and a 2 band eq along with 3 switches. This is all original and everything is cleaned out and working great. This is set up and is also a fantastic player.
Condition
The bass is in fantastic condition as well. The back of the bass has a few marks which you should be able to see in the pic of the back. The rest of the finish on the body and neck is basically perfect. The frets are near perfect. All of the hardware glows.
The electronics are all working and are clean. This bass has absolutely no problems whatsoever. The case is in really good shape inside and out. If you want a killer Pre Ernie Ball Stingray Bass that is in really good shape this is it. This is set up and ready to go!!
